Barb raced triathlon professionally for 10 years. She was #1 in the World in 2003 and 2004 and earned an Olympic Team berth in 2004. After she retired from racing in 2005 to start a family, she transitioned from the top of the world stage to helping others reach their personal podium performances through coaching, motivational speaking, and recruiting the next generation of Olympians for USA Triathlon.
